Sitting in the office, as they have a secured  Govt. job  they  do nothing else

and  the black money?  lota and lots of it.`

What can you do with a dollar? Is this a kind of art of a complete waste of money? Some people obviously have either too much money and don't know what to do with it or too much free time.
