Nature as a source of healing

Inline image 1
Nature is that source of harmony and balance in life. Everything in Nature has its own cycle; however, nothing is the same; everything changes but yet there is harmony in continual change.
Peace in movement is harmony. Balance means harmony; thus peace is balance.
Nature can be used as a source of inner healing. A closed heart due to fear to love or to relate with others is a common spiritual disease nowadays. This condition will bring sadness, close mindedness, lack of trust and our inner world will be dried up. This spiritual condition will manifest as a physical disease sooner or later.
We can observe our inner selves to break those mental complexes, beliefs and ideas which are shattering our spiritual progress, but that work may not be complete. There is always something coming out from our darker sides, as rabbits from the magician's hat.
Here is where Nature can help.
Just completely abandon yourself in the presence of Nature and quickly, go over the issues in your mind. The sensation will be as when a little dog is kept in a house for a long time and the first thing the dog will do when let go outside, is to look for grass and turn around in it, in happiness.
That is the way to cleanse our energy field through the help of Nature.
Similarly, we could use the different elements in Nature to energetically "clean ourselves." The sand at the beach is another, or just floating in the water as a "dead body."
As long as our hearts are closed due to feeling emotional pain, there will be further accumulation of emotional sorrow.
The feeling of universal love is needed to open that heart.
Nature brings that universal energy by contemplating its unlabeled beauty.
A similar experience is experienced by those who seek God. Then, God means that universal form of love that could open our closed hearts; rather than what is usually seen as: A selective, individualized love.
From the universal we can go into the particular, individual. We cannot pretend to only know love from an individualized view and extend it to the world, for love is universal.
Harmony is in the totality of things. Appreciation is that totality. Wholesomeness is in that which is Universal, because it is complete, total. When something is complete, it is harmonious.

Changes: Getting rid of the added rust
Change means life. There is nothing static. Movement is ongoing. Our emotional and mental suffering is related with our inability to let things go on or because we cling into something made up by our minds which is not "here" yet. These are desires.
For someone who is not aware, changes will tend to degenerate, that is "entropy" is the default when there is no awareness. This could be explained simply by looking at a nail after several years, rust will be building up. The former shiny nail will lose its color.
This "rust" is what religions and moral teachings have identified as "vices." Therefore, well-known religions and moral teachings are all about cleaning that rust by "doing" something.
Some religions will apply sandpaper over the nail. The nail will have to go through lots of friction and discomfort to get the rust out… however, sand paper is not the "solution" to maintain the nail clean from vices, but just a temporary method, for if sandpaper is not applied to that nail on a regular basis, then more rust will appear.
This creates a "dependency" of the nail for sandpaper. Notice that everything here goes at the physical level.
For example, If I realize that sex lust is "bad," then I should not look at a woman. Then, I should think that a woman is my mother or my sister, so the desire will go away. "Do not lead us into temptation, but deliver us from evil." :-)
This is sandpaper. That is, to identify something which is "wrong" with me and to do something to get that out of my system.
As long as there is sandpaper, then I should be "clean," if I "do" a good job. :-)
There are other religions or philosophies which proclaim that "everything is what I should be," and I do not need to "do" anything to change. I am perfect already, but I do not realize it. :-)
Many have misinterpreted this religious/moral teaching as to "do what is natural." Thus, Anger is natural, lust is natural, greed is natural, etc. When there is this huge misinterpretation, there is more rust accumulated in the nail.
in some religion have been misinterpreted in this way. For many is about sitting for meditation looking at the wall and performing some devotional rituals and nothing else Here, there is no striving to be "better" for there is nothing to improve.
The problem is that there is no inner observation of what "is." That comes with awareness and dear reader, awareness cannot be taught, it happens, by itself when we are continuously observing ourselves and by being in contact with Nature to be nurtured by it. Nature is subtle and that subtlety needs to be ingested by a person who is only aware of the physical realm.
When looking at the moon on a windy night, being mesmerized by the beauty of the moment, when appreciation appears, when the heart spontaneously awakens with love, in that moment there is a connection, there is a "something" that is perceived in the air, the setting. That something is subtle and it comes as spiritual nourishment by itself as long as our mind is in that tranquil state of appreciation.
That nourishment changes individuals. The only task is to be aware enough to perceive it. To be open to it.
Then we can see that the utility of sandpaper is just to get us to that point.
Then, magically; the nail is covered by anti-corrosive paint, as long as we could experience that subtle nourishing energy which is everywhere as long as we are aware of it.
The effect is the feeling of gratefulness and peace. When that peace manifest in movement, there is harmony.
This is the "natural" state. Once we know this state by experiencing it, then there is no need to do anything to avoid rust on the nail. Then, we can "do" what is natural, not before.
Therefore, the task is just to be aware. To "gain" awareness after our many years of lethargic sleep.
The sleeping beauty wakes up when the kiss of awareness of the prince, touches her heart.

Learning and teaching
Learning and teaching are players in the same game. If either one
stops, everything becomes heavy and ceases to be fun. Learning is the

Becoming Aware Of What Is Ego

All of us are familiar, to different extents, with the emotion of ego. All of us don't even define it in the same way. We are also aware to different extents, about the negative repercussions (effects) of the emotion of ego on us and on others. Depending on how aware we are about the effects, we work to eradicate the emotion from our daily lives, so that it neither disturbs us nor others. Some of us even consider it a positive emotion and feel it contributes positively to our personal and professional progress. To be aware completely of the negative effects of ego and to realize clearly whether it is a positive emotion or not in the first place, it is important to first become aware of what it is exactly. So, how can we define ego?

Ego is attachment, inside my consciousness, to an incorrect image of my 'self' which I then mistake for myself. When the attachment takes place, you lose your sense of identity in the image of the object of attachment which you create on the screen of your mind. That object can be something physical like your body, your physical personality, a relationship, a material possession, your status, money, a particular skill, respect from others, etc. or something non-physical like a belief; an opinion; a mindset, a memory, a particular virtue, specialty, power or a sanskar (positive or negative), etc. Therefore ego is the self attaching to and identifying with an image that is not the self. This process takes place entirely within our consciousness many times in the day, on the screen of the mind. E.g. When we say this is my salary package (something physical) or my opinion (something non-physical), we are (without being aware about it) creating an image of the salary package or the opinion inside our consciousness and becoming attached to it, so that we lose our self identity in the salary package or the opinion, believing that 'I' am the salary package or the opinion. So at that time, the salary package or the opinion becomes an incorrect image of the self to which I am attached. This is ego. If while thinking, feeling or speaking about my salary package or my opinion, we do not become attached to or do not lose our self identity in either of the two, then that is not ego.

Self Transformation (Change) (Part 5)

Here are some practical reminders and steps we can take to grow spiritually and bring out transformation (change) in ourselves:

Meditate with others
Another great help in maintaining a stable base on the path of meditation is collective practice (practicing together). Through personal practice, I keep my sense of responsibility intact and remain independent. However, without losing these, I can also get together with others at the meditation centre, valuing and learning from their experiences and perceptions (ways of looking at situations) - the group energy brings us to another level of experience, a space of mutual (shared) experience and learning. We learn from everyone, everywhere, all the time; it depends on our willingness to accept certain realities.

Often we live too much in the past, or future, and so do not realize that the present is the bridge to moving away from the negativity of the past and to creating a confident future. We do not cross this bridge because we live by, or are too influenced by, the other two time zones (past and future).

Remember that NOW is the opportunity where newness on any level can be created and for that getting together regularly with people who are on the spiritual path is very important.

(To be continued tomorrow….)

Message for the day

To be free is to be free from the influence of time.

Projection: Usually we allow time to change us. We are time conscious and we normally wait for the time to bring about a change in our situation. Then we say only if a particular thing happens can we do something else that we need to do. To wait in this way for time is to set limits on ourselves.

Solution: We need to free ourselves from the influence of time. When we remind ourselves again and again that we are the creator and time our creation we will be able to change ourselves. This will automatically bring change in the situations too.

Subject: [saveegypt] The Big Lie and the Next War: This Time Syria

The Next Big Lie and the Next War: This Time Syria

AUGUST 26, 2013 AT 5:47 PM
America's ultra-Zionist Secretary of State, John Kerry, (Kohen) has pronounced Syria guilty of using poison gas in Damascus against a rebel area. President Obama has already stated that any use of poison gas would cross a red line and bring on a massive military attack against the small nation of Syria by the world's only remaining superpower.
syria-rubble
What is the evidence that the Syrian government used poison gas?
Answer: Absolutely none.
There isn't even any direct forensic proof that poison gas was used at all, much less that the Syrian government used it.
In fact, toxicology is quite advanced today. Any forensic expert should be able to examine any alleged victims of poison gas and determine even the cause of death.
How many forensic tests have been done and documented?
Answer: None.
How many forensic tests have been done and documented by unbiased third parties?
Answer: None.
Next, if poison gas was used, and the problem was not simply a gas main or other toxic poisoning, what is the proof that the Syrian government perpetrated it?
Answer: None.
The United Nations has been called into investigate the allegations. No one can deny the extensive influence that the extremely Zionist U.S. UN has its investigated even began to come to any conclusions?
Answer: not a single conclusion.
Question: Syria has recently made major victories against the invaders/rebels. Does it make in sense that Syria would use any poison gas that would kill scores of people, and which could easily be forensically identified in open defiance of Obama's red line and the prospect of massive destruction?
Answer: Of course not!
Does it make any sense that if Syria would possibly use such weapons, that they would be used in Damascus the capital of Syria against a small pocket of insurgents. In the capital where most foreign media and international delegations are located?
Answer: Of course not!
Are Syrians unaware of the fate of Saddam Hussein in Iraq and Muammar Gaddafi in Libya from American and EU military weapons of mass destruction? Would they risk that at any time much less at a time when they are winning the war?
Does that make even the slightest sense?
No!
What does make sense?
Answer: Israel ten years before called Saddam Hussein a new Hitler. Israel launched the claims that Saddam Hussein had chemical weapons of mass destruction.
Israel and Zionists in America such as Zionists Richard Perle and Paul Wolfowitz the media-claimed orchestrators of the Iraq War told the world that the evidence was incontrovertible that Saddam Hussein had weapons of mass destruction. Other Zionists and their stooges in media and government all over the world headlined and screamed out these claims.
It was all a big lie. Saddam had no weapons of mass destruction. After the war, with hundreds of thousands of civilian casualties and horrific civil war in Iraq, a billion dollar U.S. Government search proved that Saddam had no weapons of mass destruction. The only weapons of mass destruction fell on the people of Iraq who were innocent of these charges.
Now, Israel claims it is an existential crisis with Iran and to destroy Iran. It despises Iran, Lebanon and Syria. It says that the alliance between these nations must be destroyed. This is the same Israel that said Saddam was its greatest threat. Israel through the Jewish Lobby's influence over American foreign policy and media got America to fight, bleed, die and go into trillions of dollars of debt fighting a war for Israel against Iraq.
So, if poison gas was used, who used it?
Here are the facts:
     1) The invader/terrorists have had huge setbacks in Syria, in spite of mass civilian bombings and carnage. They are desperate.
     2) The only way the invaders and Israel can triumph is to get American and EU direct intervention and destruction in Syria.
    3) The Zio-controlled Obama administration has publicly stated that the "red line" is the use of chemical weapons.
   4) Even without a shred of evidence, Kerry and American spokesman have declared Syria guilt of using chemical weapons.
   5) Israel has a long record of false flag and terrorist operations such as the Lavon Affair in which Jewish Mossad terrorists blew up American installations in Egypt trying to trick America into a war with their enemy Egypt. Even attacking America!
    6) Israel has been proven to have mass stockpiles of nuclear, biological and chemical weapons.
    7) Israel admits to supplying the terrorist invaders of Syria.
   8) It would be ridiculously easy for the Israeli Secret Agents to supply the terrorists with canisters of poison gas. The recipients would not even have to know it came from Israel, so there is practically no risk of exposure. Some poison gases can be so concentrated and powerful that only a very small amount could infiltrate an entire neighborhood.
Any one who thinks Israel and the desperate terrorists who are losing and blowing up whole streets with car bombs in Damascus wouldn't use these weapons has to be incredibly naive, brain dead stupid.
The Roman Cicero said it so accurately many centuries ago.
"Cui bono?"
The words in Latin mean "Who benefits?"
Facts, reason and simply common sense tells us that if poison gas was used, the only ones who "crossed the red line" were the Zionists, American traitors, and the terrorists that they support in Syria.
