7 Ways to Defeat the Devil
a.) First temptation - turning stones into bread.Jesus answers in verse 4 b.) Second temptation -the devil brought Jesus to the high place
and told Him to cast Himself down.Jesus answered in verse 7. c.) The thrid temptation - Satan shows Jesus all the Kingdoms of the world and says to Jesus:
all these I will give if you will fall down and worship me. Jesus
d.) Romans 16:20 And the God of peace shall bruise Satan under your feet shortly, The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you . Amen
e.) Sent again to Pontius Pilate which the Governor says to Jesus in
John 19:10-11 know that I have the power to crucify thee, and have power to release thee. Jesus answered You could not have power over me, except
it were given to you from above; therefore he that delivered me unto you has
the greater sin.
f.) John 1:12 But as many have received Him gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name.
