Responsibility to Conform to the Rules of the World
Responsibility to Perform and meet all these deadlines
Responsibility for all that I've been assigned
Responsibility for you and how you behave
Responsibilities, oh how they have me enslaved
I scramble and rush, to do there is much
Responsibility of Love? When I'm under crunch?
"Awaken my child, you've got it all skewed
Of this human life that's a narrow view
Remember your truth, who you truly are
Responsibility towards truth's the need of the hour."
As His words sink in and I contemplate
All Limited Responsibilities I evaluate
Life's marked with exigencies that call for agility
But to be true to me is my First Responsibility
So please take a moment, don't let false onus usurp
The highest in you, soon your time will be up
Slow down to be you, with Love and Peace enable
This time is to be Responsibly Responsible!
