The company came up with Faber Castell creative advertising for its products: pencils and pens. To do this, they invited Singaporean illustrator Tran Trong Hwee (Chan Hwee Chong), who was one stroke of the pen, then thickening the line and increasing pressure, then making it thin and almost invisible, created three cover versions of famous portraits by Van Gogh, Mona Lisa and Girl with a Pearl earring. http://vimeo.com/27405001
