<>_<>NASA AND AIRCRAFTS<>_<>
According to the British "Daily Mail" reported on January 16, NASA had just announced three design drawings of future aircraft. These concept aircraft are probably to be made before 2025. NASA had signed a contract at three aircraft manufacturing companies, namely, Northrop Grunman, Lockheed Martin and Boeing. Three companies undertake the R & D (Research and Development) and manufacture of the aircraft, NASA had also put forward the strict guiding principles: the speed of each aircraft must reach 85% of the speed of sound, flying mileage of 7,000 miles and payload from 50,000 to 100,000 pounds.
NASA's requirements in the contract for advanced aircraft highlight the features of green energy, in addition to being more fuel-efficient, it should be bigger, faster and quieter.
Boeing
Northrop Grunman
Lockheed Martin
It's quite unexpected that the most avant-garde Lockheed Martin selected the most conservative plan.
