Khud ko mita diya Azeem nai uskai Ishaq mai
Phir bhi wo bewafaai kere to us bewafa ka kiya kere
Apna watan chood kai aa to gaya hu mai itni dur
Peecha yaha bhi kere teri yaade to yaado ka kiya kere
Jin ko nehi hai yaha wad – e wafa pai aitbaar
Dil pai giraye wehi haseena –e bijliya to kiya kere
Doud tai rehe ta-umer manzil ki justuju mai hum
Naseeb mai nehi thi khushiya to kisi sai gila kiya kere
Wo to dua ker rehe hai raat aur din meri mout ki
Aai na phir bhi mout to to es maout ka kiya kere
