Aur kisi ko apna bananey se pehle,

Kuch pal us ko neend mein ghaur se dekho to,

Dheerey dheerey us ko jaganey se pehle,

Soch lo is mein koi qeemti shey hi na ho,

Dil ke sheher ko aag laganey se pehle,

Dekha, to sab tan man raakh ka dhair hua,

Apne dono hath bachaney se pehle,

Socha, rab se us ko maang ke dekhoon to,

Sar sajdey se aaj uthaney se pehle,

Ab pachtaney se bhi kya haasil ho ga,

Socha hota aankh milaney se pehle,

Aao aakhri baar karain hum yaad usey,

Sach much us ko aaj bhulaney se pehle..
