Praise be to Allah, we seek His help and His forgiveness. We seek refuge with Allah from the evil of our own souls and from our bad deeds. Whomsoever Allah guides will never be led astray, and whomsoever Allah leaves astray, no one can guide. I bear witness that there is no god but Allah, and I bear witness that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger.
Islam is a religion of peace which in itself has emerged from the root word 'Salam' which means peace. A Muslim is a person who submits his will to the will of Allah SWT to attain peace. The definition as such is very simple but demands a great level of Taqwa. Taqwa can never be achieved without being aware of Tawheed. Allah SWT himself has given us this beautiful name in the Quran at various places, still we get DIVIDED over petty issues and call each others with BOGUS names. Anyway, we have got no power and authority to guide anybody to the right path but to preach what is right, the exclusive power to shower wisdom lies with Allah SWT only. We; Muslims, should see how the righteous predecessors were like and how they behaved with the fellow humans, both Muslims and non Muslims. Today the Muslims are in ruin wherever you see and nobody deserves to be blamed for this situation except our own selves. Our Aqeedah and Manhaj should be that of the people before us. We are the same Muslims who were RULING THE WORLD until few centuries back, we are the same Muslims who always emerged as WINNERS whenever we fought for justice and now we are the same Muslims who are the most ARROGANT of the creation. We are the most stereotyped community as is declared by the western media due to the acts done by a handful of misguided brothers of ours. It becomes responsibility of each and every Muslim to wipe out this fake branding from the face of Islam. Today we are being labeled as EXTREMIST for; having a beard, wearing pants above ankle, wearing a veil, having revolutionary thoughts (which can bring a positive change) and a long list follows. The reason to this is that only a handful of Muslims strictly follow the above points, which makes them the odd one out. The rest and the majority of Muslims say "Islam is easy and let us take it easily". How ignorant, irresponsible, ungrateful and MISGUIDED they are? And yeah one more thing those muslims who are faced with some challenges even while fulfilling their obligatory acts due to negligence or carelessness of the fellow muslims who take down those acts regarding it not so important( like in a college one muslim brother doesnt keep beard and so the rest 25 cannot keep just because he dint and likewise for women wearing Hijaab And Naqaab etc),then for such muslims is a severe questioning from Allah SWT..
In earlier times; especially during the first three generations of the Muslims, fights or battles were used as the last resort to maintain PEACE in the land. A Non Muslim state or country was given an option to a). Accept Islam (which most of them denied) b). Pay the Jizyah tax (which again most of them denied prior to the battle) & c). To fight out in the battle. Almost every fight led the Muslims to victory, Subhan Allah. In spite of winning the battles, Muslims never urged the non Muslim states to accept or follow Islam forcefully, though they could have done it easily as it was the first option posted to them prior to the battle. But, there is no hardship in religion. Muslims gave due respect to the children and women of these states. They used to pave the way for the women in the narrow lanes with downcast eyes. Muslims used to give good advices irrespective of the fact that they are the rulers. Whenever they visited merchants they innocently used to ask "Can I pay for these goods later, may be tomorrow and take them home today?" and surprisingly turning up the next day to pay for the goods in full. They never asked anybody to accept Islam at the tip of the sword. It was their CHARACTER and BRAVENESS which drew attention of many fellow humans. Whatever they did, it was ONLY for Allah's mercy. Once, in a battle, Ali RA was on the top of an enemy and was about to kill him. At the very moment, the enemy spitted on Ali RA's face. Immediately, Ali RA pushed himself back and let the enemy go. The enemy asked why you left me? You could have killed me easily. He replied; if I would have killed you now, it would not be for Allah's mercy but for my personal anger towards you for spitting on my face. No sooner this statement came out of Ali RA's mouth, the enemy accepted Islam, Subhan Allah. He accepted Islam not because of fear of being killed, but looking to greatness of this individual Muslim. And books are full of such narrations. Such great acts made the non Muslims see the undiscovered face of Muslims. They started accepting Islam in great numbers, NOT AT THE TIP OF SWORD,BUT OUT OF WISDOM AND THEIR OWN WILLINGNESS..!!
Allah has shown his mercy to many a generations before us until they exceeded in their disobedience and were doomed(bani Israel,Qaum-E-'Ad,Thamud) He always has mentioned his favors and mercies before mentioning his punishment in the Quran. No generation is dearer to Allah SWT than the other. Jews were believers until they disbelieved in Jesus (ASWS), Christians were believers until they disbelieved in Muhammad (SAWS). We Muslims, too, would remain believers only until we believe in the Quran, the last and the final message of Allah SWT to the mankind. It is the need of the time to follow the Manhaj of the pious predecessors to be rightly guided. This; of course, demands a great level of patience which is an important part of Deen-e-Islam. Let us not leave even a single page of the Quran unturned before imbibing it deep into our hearts, deeds and actions. Let not Quran file a case against you in the court of the Almighty Allah SWT for not giving it its due respect in this worldly life. There will be no lawyers to stand besides you; you yourself would have to defend your case, when your body parts would be acting as witnesses against you. That day, you will say, we would have been better as dust.
For Verily Allah will not change the condition of the people until they change it themselves(With state of goodness). But When Allah wills a Punishment for them, they can be no turning back of it,and they will find not a protecter besides Him.Surah Ra'ad,ayat11
Lastly We ask Allah SWT for all that which is good for us and this Ummah for both the worlds and We seek refuge from the evil of ourslvs and all that which can ruin our Aakhirah, and Guide our Steps unto Him.Ameen Ya Rabbal 'Aalameen...!!
Wa Akhiru Da'wahum Anilhamdulillahi Rabbil 'Aalameen!!
