Summer Caribbean Carnival AT Rotterdam, Netherlands.
Every year in late July in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, is a colorful Summer Caribbean Carnival. The city streets are dance competitions, the election of the Queen, the battle of drummers, as well as themed evenings and live music events. Among the participants of the Carnival can be found as a native of the Netherlands and the Netherlands Antilles, Suriname and other former Dutch colonies. On the last day after midnight in the grand procession through the streets of Rotterdam is a great Latin American party with participation of well-known DJs.This year the Festival was held from 25 to 29 July.
