There are some matters that we need to be aware of regarding Taraweeh prayers like the number of rakahs that it can be prayed in. There are some who cut off after eight rakahs are prayed, based on the assumption that eight are sufficient. But they wrong themselves, as they do not get the benefit of the entire Quran being read, maybe spread over twenty rakahs, maybe more. Plus there are a number of matters regarding Taraweeh that we may not be totally aware of.
