Mercedes SLK Aphelios Was Inspired by a fish The Mercedes SLK Aphelios is designed by designer�Apostol Tnokovski�wich is a fish-inspired sports car that looks surprisingly great. Automotive designers are seeking inspiration from the animal, but using fish as the inspiration is not usual for fashion sports car.�This was designed after the Ohrid trout, a fish found only in Macedonia�s Ohrid Lake. The Ohrid trout�s grace and speed underwater gave the SLK Aphelios its shape, and its silver scales gave the car its matte silver coloring.
