Bismillah irrahman nirrahim
Hadith : Do sazdon ke darmiyan ye Dua parhna sunnat hai
(Read this Dua between two prostrations is Sunnah )
Abdullah ibn Abbas radi allaho anhuma se rivayat hai ki Rasoollallah Sallallhu Alaihi Wasallam Do sazdo ke darmiyan ye dua parhtey they Allahumma Aghfirli, wa Arhamni , wa Aafini, Wa Ahdini, wa Arzuqni
اللهم أغفر لي وارحمني وعافني واهدني وارزقني
(Eh Allah mujhe baksh de aur mujh par raham farma aur mujhe Aafiyat de aur mujhe Hidayat de aur mujhe Rizq ata farma)
Sunan Abu Dawud, Vol 1 , 842
AL Bara Radi Allahu Anhu se rivayat hai ki Rasoollallah Sallallhu Alaihi Wasallam ke ruku , Sazda , ruku se sir uthaney ke baad ka waqt aur dono Sazdo ke darmiyan baithney ka waqt barabar hota tha

English Tranaslation:
Narrated Abdullah ibn Abbas radi allaho anhuma: The Prophet peace_be_upon_him used to say between the two prostrations ( Suzud) :
اللهم أغفر لي وارحمني وعافني واهدني وارزقني
O Allah, forgive me and have mercy on me and heal me and guide me and provide (Rizq) for me.
Sunan Abu dawud, Book 3, Number 0849:
Narrated Al-Bara': The bowing, the prostrations, the period of standing after bowing and the intervalbetween the two prostrations of the Prophet used to be equal in duration .
