A Chinese city has introduced a new street-cleaning machine, composed of a tractor and more than a dozen bamboo brooms. The street cleaner was spotted by tourists in Qinghuangdao city, Hebei province. More than a dozen brooms are attached to a machine able to turn clockwise or counter-clockwise..
