Indonesian Yellowed Stir fried Fish ( Ikan Acar Kuning ) Ingredients : 1 kg Carp fish or salmon. 1 piece of cucumber cut into strips and small. 10 whole red chili 1 / 2 onion 3 cloves Garlic 1 slice ginger 1 slice galangal 1 piece turmeric 4 Pecan 2 cups water Salt to taste 5 tablespoons sugar 5 tablespoons vinegar 1 lemon grass 2 Salam leaves 3 Citrus lime leaves 1 Lime Directions: 1. Clean fish and cut fish in pieces. Then pour the orange juice Salt and Lime to fish. 2. Soak for 15 minutes. 3. Fry until yellow but not too dry. 4. Saute all ingredients that have been mashed until fragrant. 5. Give 2 glasses of water, vinegar and sugar. 6. Cook until boiling and slightly set. 7. Add fish, cucumbers, and red pepper. 8. Continue to saute for about 5 minutes. 9. Serve
