How to feel stress less?
We generally feel stressed, when we feel that everything seems to have become too much - we are overloaded and wonder whether we really can cope with the pressures placed upon us?
So, how can we feel stress less?
1- Dance, and dance it out.
2- Go for a walk.
3- Talk about it.
4- Breath.
5- Go to bed earlier.
6- Focus on what you can control.
7- Reminisce about good times.
8- Ask for a hug.
9- Look for opportunities in life's challenges.
10- Smile, and keep smiling.
