Bags can build muscles While shopping in the mall, make sure you don�t use the trolleys for keeping the items. Avoid such trolleys and carry your own bags in hand and walk through the mall in hunting for more outlets to shop. No matter how heavy you�re carrying the bags just use staircase for floors.
