This abandoned aircraft hangar in Germany got a giant makeover and was transformed into a beach resort/ waterpark. 29,000 tropical plants make an artificial rainforest that is full of exotic birds. The resort also pumps natural rainforest sounds through hidden speakers. Tropical Island Resort complex has a constant air temperature of 25 °C (77 °F), produces its own artificial sun, and is open all day, every day of the year.
