Narrated Abu Abs (Radi Allahu anhu):
While he was going for the Jumuah prayer, I heard the Prophet (SalAllahu alaihi wasallam) saying, "Anyone whose feet are covered with dust in Allah's Cause, shall be saved by Allah from the Hell-Fire."
Sahih Al-Bukhari 2:30
Hadith:
"Verily, Allah loves those who fight in His Cause in rows (ranks) as if they were a solid structure."
[Surat As-Saff (The Ranks) 61:4]
Narrated Abu Sa'id Al-Khudri (Radi Allahu anhu):
Somebody asked, "O Allah's Messenger ! Who is the best among people?" Allah's Messenger (SalAllahu alaihi wasallam) replied, "A believer who strives his utmost in Allah's Cause with his life and property." They asked, "Who is next?" He replied, "A believer who stays in one of the mountain paths worshipping Allah and leaving the people secure from his mischief."
