Umrah Requirements:

ý     A valid passport (6 months after your return)
ý     ACWY-135 or Menactra vaccination
ý     Meningitis and Polio vaccine for children under 15
ý     Two (2) doses of (A) vaccine 2 months between each dose for  children 3 to 24 months
ý     4 passport photos
ý     Marriage or Birth Certificates to prove Mahram relationship
ý     Proof of conversion (if applicable)
ý     Completed Umra Visa Application
ý     Women over 45 must travel with a group
ý     Non-Canadian residents must provide a copy of their permanent residence card or work permit.
